that one is keyless entry and RS, no security, correct?
Should be pretty straightforward, no bypass required; nothing really different here.

the 425/545 is a remote start, a kelyess entry and an alarm. it responds to shock sensor (built in) or hood pin, or trunk pin, or door pins. if you read the user manual and install manual, you will realize that its also an alarm. it also comes with a siren

The siren is sold with systems that offer security ca 135, 145, 545, 645. Your system has security built in becuase the security comes from the ca 425 module. If you got this this system installed by a CODE dealer, you would not have security, or two way capability, they would turn it off using the RF programmer. But because you are doing it yourself, you have these features. Use the cars horn as you siren or you can buy a siren. Hope this helps. ------------- Keith
