Everything is hooked up and working but Ignition and Second Ignition both do not turn on the heater and fan inside the car.  Any tips on this?

What color wire did you power for accessory? Normally when the heater doesn't come on it's a case of the accessory wire linked to it not being powered. Should be Red coming from keyside to a connector, after the connector it should be BLACK/ Red.

Accessory is RED to BLACK/ pink.

You will need to set the jumper to second STARTER not ignition.

Follow the diagram below to connect the accessory wire.

Notes:
*1 When doing remote start, this wire must be isolated from the keyswitch with the accessory relay. See direct fax document #1077.    *2 Timer is a blk or grn box located right of fusebox behind a silver module or up high in the drivers kick behind a silver module, depending on model. Two plugs, white and black. The wires needed to control locks are in the black plug. *3 these colors are for low beam. to catch high beam use RED / black(+) and RED / green(+). *4 also found at the theft warning system in the drivers kick behind the ABS control unit if equipped with factory security.

That car has only 1 acc and 1 ign. it has a second starter but that should not effect the heater. Turn the ign. to acc psition then check the remote start wire to see if has power on it . If you dont then redo the connection for the acc wire. Also while testing the acc wire try remote starting and see if the unit is putting out an acc.

"sorry you lost me there..set the jumper to the second starter wire?"

Connector #8

Open up the module by sliding the cover back. Where you cut the green jumper wire for (automatic transmission installation) you will see three sets of pins. They will be mark. STARTER, ACC, IGN.
