Experts,

I have a 2004 Chevy Avalanche and recently got the Clifford RSX 3.5 installed. I am intermittently having a problem with the door locks locking and unlocking. I have noticed when I arm the system sometimes the left door is triggered on my LCD remote and the system fails to lock then. I have taken it back to the place I had it installed and the tech turned the dome light supervision off because he thought it may be interfering with the the DEI GM bypass module(457GM).  Please help, this is starting to be a little frustrating.

ok i don't wanna sound smart but messing with the alarm yourself could void the warranty. get the installer to fix the problem. if you are sure you wanna risk the warranty then ask for DIY help.

also how long have you have the alarm has it always had this problem or did it come along all of a sudden

I never said "I" messed with the alarm. I am very aware of the warranty. I have had the problem since it was istalled.
