Does anybody know how to get a Negative Pulse from the Factory Install Keyless Entry on a 2004 Navigator?

I bought an aftermarket Remote Start with the PKF-3 Transponder; however, I can't find a Negative Pulse that I can activate with the Remote to activate the Remote Start.

The manual is pretty vague, yet it says it can be activated by pulses.  I have programmed it to 2 pulses, but the only way I can get it to work is by grounding twice the Negative Sensing Lead of the Remote.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to use the lock motor wire. It is a positive trigger. Have that trigger a relay that will switch the polarity to (-). The pink / YELLOW only works when you hit the switch on the door. It doesn't do anything when you use the remote.
