It seems every install i did last week has came back cause the dial on the mars 22 decided to turn back to factory 0 setting.  What could have caused this as soon as i relarned tach everything was fine i taped the dial in place this time.  3 diffrent cars this has happened to so far.  Any ideas

Your talking about the Adjustment potentiometers on the side ??

Are you sure, when you are "wraping it up" that you don't accidentally rub them against something to turn them?
I have done that before.  There is no way they would move by themselves, unless they are defective, but you would be able to feel that whn you turn them
