what are you installing into this car? Most security/convenience units have a double pulse unlock option in programming. Other than that, you can find capacitors at radio shack, fry's, or any electronics parts seller.

im not really sure yet i just always assumed you need to use relays for the double pulse unlock. The kids parents are paying me to do a remote start/keyless entry for the kid since hes going away on vacation. Its supposed to be a gift for Christmas

If the alarm has a double pulse unlock option in the alarm do i still need to use relays or i just have to hook up the wires from the alarm brain to the door locks.

the cars lock and unlock wires are negative, you don't need any relays

just hook the wires up and program for double pulse unlock

what do you want to do  unl;ock the drivers only and then push the unlock again and release the other doors then you do need a relay.posted_image
