just got a python 460hp installed in my crx. friend did it and he's on vacation so i need to know how to do some stuff.

first how do i adjust the shock sensor on this python model? he told me that theres a knob and i see one on the brain but do u turn it clockwise, or counter? and is there a special way of adjusting this?

i also want to wire a proximity sensor to this. The brain does not have a port to plug in and i know i might have to wire it in. i need an addition sensor from DEI i think called the invisible field disturbance sensor? something like this https://cgi.ebay.com/VIPER-CLIFFORD-CAR-ALARM-PROXIMITY-RADAR-SENSOR-508D_W0QQitemZ5826938978QQcategoryZ75389QQcmdZViewItem
i know there is a ground and power. and there might be a 3rd one that has to be wired into the brain with the other sensor. but how do i know which wire to tap into? and how would i do it? i can locate the brain and the wiring...i just need to know how to mount it and what to wire it to? diagrams, pics, advice would be great.

turn the knob to the right to make more senstive, and left for less. you would have to have some kind of a sensor port to be able to wire in the 508d.

The 460 has a port on it to plug a sensor into.

ok i just checked and i believe there is a port..makes things easier for me i guess...now all i need is the wiring procedure for the prox sensor....i already bought the DEI 508D to put in...so how would i tap into the wires?
