I did a TW unit on a 2002 Ford Explorer and the only thing that isn't really a problem, but more of an inconvenience is the fact that after locking it with the factory remote, the aftermarket signal wont work.  I tryed finding the GREEN/ purple in the door boot, i found 3, 1 is a positive, so 2 could be the factory disarm, yet none of them do a dang thing.  What do i need to do the "wake up" the veh for it to accept the unlock signal after being locked with the factory remote?  And which is the actual real disarm wire?

Thanks

Are ya looking low in the kick, almost in the running board area? You can also pulse ANY of the buttons on the pad on the door...this will also wake up the BCM.
