I bought a bypass off ebay, made by crimestopper, it says it "might" be required to use the yellow key sense wire if the vehicle requires it.  The module has a red and black also.  Anyone know if the Maxima will requires the yellow?  And if so, what wire it is in the car?  Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the quick reply....It also says a diode might be required for the yellow wire....would this just depend on whether the key sense was positive or negative?  Should I use one in this case?  Thanks again

you shouldn't need it on this car. what it does when you hook it up to  the bypass mod, is shut off the bypass when a key is inserted. some vehicles can't see two keys at the same time.
