I need more info on the ignition wire & access. wire hookups. Never dealt with a car that had no starter wire before

Iam installing an Autopage RS- 625 with a Pats Gm 2 Transponder

  Sorry had a typo , its an Autopge RS- 615 with the Pats GM 2 Transponder

I have never heard of no starter wire?  Anyway follow this link, has all data and a relay digram to get it going.

 You can also pick up some tips by reading some of the Colorado installs ,I believe it also does not use a starter wire , it don't hurt to read read read ,before you burn out or fry any of those expensive ecm,bcm etc

I need confirmation that I should use the 1 wire hookup to the white wire using 2 # 775 relays & a 1500 ohm resistor for unlock. If this is not correct please advise.

One wire is right.

Follow the digram and you should be all set.  This is similiar to multiplex sytstems and is not uncommon at all.
