I have an Ultastart 1355 remote start that is acting up.  One day it decided not to work anymore, the daytime running lights would not shut off and it drained my battery.  The other day I was playing with it and it seemed as though the module would not recieve a signal from the button.  I reset the module and "relearned" the remote button signals to the module.  After doing a basic reprogram everything worked great.  The next day the as I was driving the horn started beeping like crazy and the system would no longer work.  The only thing to do was to unplug the module.  Anybody have any suggestions?

modual might have burned up... take it out and smell it... funny but try it...if it smells anything like chard.... then the components inside must have burnt...

Did you have any problems with any of their 1250's?

Actually, 95% of the time we used 1250's. We probably did 1000 a winter between 2 stores. I know they had the problem a lot. The other 5% were 1355XR's, with a few 2250's, and 1600's thrown in. Saw it on a few 1355XR's too.
