I installed a DEI 554T in a Honda Pilot but when the car is started by the remote, 5 minutes later the the factory alarm goes off. I have to unlock the doors start the car and then lock the doors. Can any one tell me what is wrong?

Hook up the disarm wire in the drivers door. It's blue and shows a pulse when you turn the key in the drivers key cylinder. Pulse that before it remote starts and it's fixed.
