Check the remote start "ground when running" wire and make sure it's not grounded when you use the key.

Either that, or use a relay and the key sense wire to open up the ground trigger to the 457G when you put the key in.

Chris,

In most of the new GM vehicles that we list the brown wire as needing to be powered any or all of the following can/will occur if the brown second acc wire is not triggered.

No crank
SRS light on
No PL read
4wd issues

If you've had success to this date with not powering the brown wire, keep your fingers crossed or whatever you guys are doing to fool the BCM to believing it's seeing a signal it needs

Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and it should take the light out, this happened on my 03 Trailblazer  and I  disconnected the battery neg  and it cured the problem up.
