I have a 1980 Porsche 911 with a 4-5 year old Clifford 6000.  Last week I started the car in valet mode and it ran fine, stopped for coffee and when I came out no start.  Checked the battery ect. nothing out of wack.  It is as if the starter lock out has been tripped.  The alarm arms and disarms but nothing when trying to start.  I have checked all fuses.  Is there a way to wire around the starter interupt to eliminate the alarm brain as a suspect?

Thanks

BernieP

if you can trace the starter wire from the ign then find where they spliced the starter kill relay in you should be able to cut the wires and reconnect them thereby bypassing the starter kill relay.....
