any one doneone of these ?? this one doesnt remotely start when cold trys to but doesnt ? any pointers

any one done one of these ? put a dei 562t works some times ,but not when its real cold thinking i have to extend the crank time . tach is hooked to a injector wire ,because the tach wire wasnt strong enough the car would just shut off . any ponters would help ,thanks
