i have a 92 ford explorer with a command start remote starter and it all of a sudden will not start anymore. when i hit the button to start the truck the park lights flash 3 times but the horn does not sound any more with the lights. the system is old and i don't have the manual anymore. i just need to know if the 3 flashes and no start is just a fault code and if so what does it mean? and a possible fix!

Error code is OVERSPEED SHUT DOWN. Cause is bad ground on unit or tach signal is not correct.
