i have a 791xv viper and the externbal shock sensor. I have the door trigger for the trunk on the zone 4 hooked up. How would the 506t work? How is it wired, plug and play? I read that it will report on zone 4, what happend when the trunk is triggered? Or do i get one or the other?

The trunk should have its on zone. Hook your trunk up to the blue wire off the alarm. That should be the instant trigger alarm.

i have a 99 civic lx and want the facotry remote to open the doors when the car is running. I have it hooked up to the dei valet 561r to start the car with three pulses to the lock on the remote. Once running the remote is disabled. Can i wire a relay to keep the module running with the car?

That year civic you can do this with. In the drivers kickpanel is the keyless entry module. Find it and use a DVM to locate the ignition wire in the plug. Cut it and the remotes will work while running. Sorry, did it a hundred times but just can't remember the color. It may be the same as the ignition switch, BLACK / YELLOW.
