I have a 1996 Honda Accord EX that I am trying to install a Commando FM-870 Remote Start/Keyless in. I am trying to get a +12v constant connection, and found blade connections in my fuse box.

I have 2 questions, if you can answer one or the other thats great:

1) Only one of the blades gives +12v, the others seem not to be connected. Is that right? If yes, any way I can enable them to +12v?

2) Can I connect all 3 of my fused power connectors to this single working +12v blade terminal? Is it fused, or a raw connection?   I ask because I would like to steal +12v constant from here rather than tap into my ignition harness to power remote start. I will also be pulling 12v for the parking light flashing here as well if possible/feasible.

Here is a quick pic of the fusebox in the drivers side kick panel area. The far right blade has +12v while other 3 seem dead.

i wouldnt use the fusebox connection, get the 12v off the ignition harness white wire. you can use the parking light wire there think its location #2, verify with a dmm

Usually it is best to "tap" Remote start into Ignition wire Harness to mimic Ignition Switch, unless the Constant wire / s are low amp and would create a problem adding more equipment.  Then you should either find a suitable Power source coming from battery or go direct to battery
