 does the second ignition wire(selectable output on my ultrastart alarm) have to stay energized at start position like the 1st ignition wire. i found two wires that energized at run position but not in off or acc. one stays energized at start w/the starter wire, the other does not stay lit.  is this normal? does it sound correct?  tnx
