i have a viper 571xv car alarm and im having problems with my system whenever i have the alarm connected my remote wont make a sound but when i disconnect the alarm and hit the button it beeps so i dont know if its my remote or something else and i was wondering if this happened to anyone else?

Check the antenna connections properly.
