Hello, I recently purchased Commando Alarms EZ-2500 remote starter for a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo and had a couple of questions. First, I have power door locks, but i dont believe that they are from the factory. All of the locks will lock or unlock when the drivers side knob is raised or lowered. I cant find any wires that are obviously not from the factory running to an actuator in the door as they are all wrapped up with other wires. Any ideas on where to find the correct wires. Also, in wiring notes i aquired, there is mention of a "Door Trigger" that is RED / green at a 2 pin plug behind the LF speaker. Is this something that can control the door locks? or is this something else? Finally, what is the difference betweent the Trunk/Hatch pin and the trunk/hatch release? thanks for getting back to me.

On that year Rodeo, an aftermarket actuator is needed to control the factory door locks. (theres no switch) So you will need to take the door panal off and add one to control the lock mechanism All of the locks will lock or unlock when the drivers side knob is raised or lowered. Then use your lock outputs from your ez 2500 to control the relay

Wire your relays likes this . As far as the rear hatch "trigger" vs. "release" the trigger is how the rear hatch turns on the doom light or triggers the alarm. The release is to "pop" the hatch.
