Hi i know this has probably been posted before, but i need some opinions, i am looking to get a alarm starter combo for my 1998 infiniti QX4. I have a viper 791xv in another car and really like the alarm but am not too fond of th range. I have the ability to get either compustar 2W900FM-AS or 2WSS-AS(spread spec)  for basically the same price. Which system is better as i have heard some negative things about the 2WSS ?? Any input pos or neg from anyone is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

also what makes the older compustar - the one with spread spec better than the new one
