the RED / black wire can also be found at the fusebox

there is also a negative parklight wire in this vehicle if your alarm unit has this option it is RED / green running from the switch down the steering column

ASR, don't cut any wires, test the two RED / black wires first and see which one triggers when you turn the light switch to parklight position, then make your connection you shouldn't be cutting anyways

if you are saying they both tested 12 volts when you turned the switch go to anyone of them, but there should be one in the plug on the fusebox
