I am installing a Pheonix Digital PD-175 system in a 2002 Dodge Ram. My problem is with the door pin. There are two wires related to door pins on the main control unit. They are labled as "Green, (+) door pin signal, positive input" and "Blue (-) door pin signal, negative input" The problem is that whenever the + wire recieves a +12v signal the alarm sounds... even if it is currently disarmed. If the - wire is grounded the alarm sounds, even if it is not armed. This results in my alarm going off when the door is opened, even after disarming it. How can I fix this??

The wiring diaram that came with it can be viewed at:

use the blue (-) door trigger wire on the alarm. hook up all the door trigger wires in the truck but diode isolate all of them from each other. the LF door trigger is tan, the LR trigger is tan/orange or PURPLE / orange, the RF trigger is tan/red, and the RR trigger is tan / YELLOW. all these wires are in the passenger kick panel. make sure you diode isolate all these wires from each other. if your dont want to hook all of these wires up you can use the domelight wire, but you will have a warning chirp sound when you first arm it b/c the domelights time out. you should be able to turn off the warning chirps though. but you have to catch the domelight wire in the driver A-pillar and you have to figure out which one shows ground when the door opens.
