John, can you be more specific on your needs. I have done a 2001 WRX which is the same and i may be able to help you out. What sort of upgrade etc and which 5 pin harness do you mean. On the car or on the upgrade. Regards, Tony.

Thanks for the wiring diagram. I see the diagram says the door lock/unlock wires are negative, but I seem to be getting positive voltage when they are engaged. Maybe I have the wrong wires (colors are different from diagram).? Also the alarm arms and disarms from the door switches as well as from the remote. Any solutions? Thanks again. John.
