Depends on the Model Keyless Entry & your Mechanical / Electronic skills & tools.
There are a few Aftermarket Keyless Entry Units that have built in Relays that gives the ability to do Positive, Negative & 5 wire Reversal Locks ( which is needed on this truck ).
If you buy a cheapie Unit that only has Negative Door Lock Outputs, then you will need to add Relays.
