Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone splices in their window closure modules using Butt crimp connectors.
I thought of using this method as it's quick to crimp on a few connector terminals, also should the module fail it would be a case of disconnecting the module and connecting the wires from the windows switches back up again.
If anyone has any views or advice on this method it would be great. Thanks.

That should be male and female bullet connectors.

just make sure you electric tape them up so they stay together, chances that it will fail is slim, and if you use regular connectors or solder, you are only going to lose about 1/4" off the wire max when you cut it out. i think its more likely to fail with the butt/bullet connectors than the module itself
