Also is there a website that shows you how to do a nice installation. I know there is this video that shows you but it's like 40 dollars.

lol they look untidy out of the car..

something like above is what is should look like..

find where to hide the brain and mount the siren ..

find connections. tape up like above and branch off to where the connections are to be made..

always make your connections directly then solder no conectors or t-taps.

So how did you do that. I mean, don't you need to connect all the wires in the car. where are some good places to hide the brain. Dam I wish they shows us this is auto electrical ???

it is hard to do on your first few try's as you do more you will learn what is where is certain cars.  If you are just starting like you said take your time going through the manual, prewire on the bench like ohiomike shows and then mount the brain.  After you mount the brain in a good spot(think like a thief) starts cutting the wires to length and hooking them up, this will ensure you are not leaving 10 ft of bulk wire up under the dash and make it look a lot nicer.  Realistically at the end of the install it shouldn't look nice... it should look factory

First off get rid of those crimp on connectors. Next what you have to do is make sure that you have enough wire to reach from the mounting spot of the CPU to the wire that you are trying to attach. You can try a reverse installation where you mount the unit first and have all the wires plugged in and then grab all the wires that your not going to use and cut them off about 6 " from the CPU. Next you connect the remaining wires one by one with the extra length cut off of them so they don't take up too much room under the dash and if you have two or three wires in the general vacinity of one another, group them together and tape them up. This way you won't have a whack load of wires going off all over the place.
