Usually most wiring is done at the Ignition Switch Harness, but you will have to look

It's possible that nothing is lose and a toggle switch is in the wrong position. What alarm/remote start unit is installed in your vehicle? ------------- the12volt • Support the12volt.com

what would be most likely wrong if it cranks but no sign of starting??

How long does it crank? You could extend the crank time if your system has that as a program option. Also a connection to an ignition wire could be bad. Do your dash lights come on when it cranks?

Also as Mo said check the tach. You may have to program it again because that is common in cranking but no starting situations. ------------- Ryan Lybeck

there is no light on dash when I start... I checked the ignition wire and it's fine.. must be a broken host unit from the alarm.. My installer checked the greeen wire (to ignition) coming out of my alarm and it barely gives off like .1 volt when i crank. He bypassed it so it will start with key in car and it worked using remote start(with dash light on) it cranks long enough to start.. my car starts up right away. like 3 sec any other ideas
