i just installed a hornet 851t in my 99 dodge ram. i ran into problems w/door locks and got the dei451m to solve that. now my problem is the lights and heat. how do i hook up my neg. light output from my reciever to my parking lights? also how do i make the heat/ac come on w/the remote start. i leave the heat on but it does'nt kick in until i have the key in the ingintion and it's on. on other vehicles w/remote start all the accesories would come on. i'm stumped. sorry this is my first post and install. thanks, vinnie

i just figuired out the heat and ac wire but no radio now. can i jump a wire from bl/orange to bl/white. i know the parking light is BLACK / YELLOW but my unit is a negative white wire.
the reason i did'nt figuire out to use the blk/orange is because my instructions said org/blk when that did'nt work i used the blk/wht. thanks again, vinnie

You need to wire a relay for your parking light to switch to possitive. You also need to have both Accessory wires. You need to use a relay to power the BLACK/ white. Don't tie them together with one output.

how do i do that w/only one accesory output. i also could'nt find a blk/ylw in the kick so i went behind the switch. i used a relay but it stoped working. i know seam to have a problem with my brake lights staying on even with the light output disconnected.

i seam to have fixed the brake light problem. i must have knocked the switch loose at the pedal.
