Can somebody answer this question for me

If Best Buy installed my Viper alarm, and the alarm is perfect, but when i use the remote start, the car cranks up for like 7 seconds, cuts off, then recranks up again, and does it like 4 time, can somebody tell me what the problem is

could be a tach learn issue.
if they ran voltage sense, then it might be sensing a spike. How long has it been working ok?
or has it ever?

It is either tach, or if the unit needed a 556u bypass or 555f bypass the imoblizer ring could have sliped to far away for the ingintion to recive the signal.

Somebody took a short cut and didn't hook up a tach wire or the tach wire came loose.  Take the car to best buy and have them fix it.  THe install is warrantied for as long as you own the car. No need for you to mess with it.
