Customer called complaining that the RS we did does not roll his rear window up and down while the factory remote did this option.

I don't see any info for this on any tech sheet. Anyone able to help?

The factory remote only rolls down, not up. What i do is use two relays. One is used to give 12V to the actual window switch on the dash, the other to energize the second ignition wire(which needs to be on for the switch to work).
