Can anyone tell me if the over head light fade will set off the alarm in a Ford Focus? I'm going to be installing a APS-785 with the door triggers, and I 'm not sure if when I arm the system the fading light will trigger the alarm?

shouldnt give you a problem just make sure you use the door tirger wire listed here not a wire from a dome light

Yes it will. If there is an option on the alarm to set the delayed arming on this unit, use it.
