does anybody know the order of the antennas for remote start from worst to best?
like hf, hf+, hx, xhf...

Well the big thing is not realy the antenna it's the receiver the first DEI systeme used a wire lenght for antenna after that they used a metal rood that was a bit better and now they probably use like every body a receiver built in the antenna this is the best. And there is two different type of frequency AM or FM FM is better.

well see thats the problem, I work at Best Buy but its ridiculous how difficult it is for us to order products such as that. I'll check at work tomorrow, but I would rather buy one from someone who may have easier access than I.

Did you try ebay for that viper antenna? Seen one starting bid $5.00, but it's in Canada I believe.

They're not cheap though, even on E-bay as they get down to the final bidding it will get upwards to the original price,(sometimes more, which is crazy) Hope this helps ------------- Les

I know. I was just letting him know as an option. Plus you can always stop bidding if it gets too high.
