You won't need the factory remotes after you hook-up the aftermarket alarm. It will lock/arm and unlock/dis-arm with the aftermarket remote, plus you will get much better range.Does your car have a factory alarm already?

you have to use 2 relays with resistors.
lock is a 2700ohm resistor
unlock is a 7500ohm resistor

Relay 1 is like this:
term 85 from alarm-lock wire
term 86 to 12volt constant
term 87 to ground
term 30 to car lock/unlock wire with 2700ohm resistor
relay 2:
term 85 from alarm unlock wire
term 86 to 12volt constant
term 87 to ground
term 30 to car lock/unlock wire with 7500ohm resistor.
The resistor values would be different if the car did not have a factory alarm.
