Installed Hornet 553T in 98 Chevy Blazer.  Since domelight stays on for 15 seconds or so after last door is shut the alarm sees an open door if armed when domelight is still on and reports zone 3.  Diode isolate the domelight wire?  If so, I was wondering where the diode needs to be?  Thanks.

Use either diagram for your application:

there should be a feature you can program in menu 1 or 2 to ignore open triggers while arming.. it should say in the instalation manual directed.com.. my sidewinder does it, and vipers do to so I figure all dei's do it..
