i can't find the tach wire on my truck it is a 99' xlt v8 or if i can get a complete diagram for aps9995 prestige alarm for my truck thx

Tach wire : on the 4.2L it is a dk.blue/lt.green at the coil pack on top of the motor. Tach wire : on the 4.6L it is a pink/white in a 3 pin plug at the front of the motor below the air intake and next to the fan. Tach wire : on the 5.4L it is a lt.GREEN / WHITE at the coil on the passenger side of the motor between the fuel injectors.

Use one of the injector wires for this truck if you can't find the tach wire. Use any of the uncommon colored wires as your tach signal. Here is the installation diagram for the APS 995 ( I think you typed in the wrong number above ):

ok i found the pink and white wire i connected it but i can not get the alarm to learn the aps 995 prestige alarm manual said the i should turn the ign on then press then i should press the program button 3 times then turn off ign then hold down button and start then it start blinking then park lights that it did but and then after it was surposed to blink 3 time to let me know that it is out of learning mode that it did not

Make sure that you re doing all the steps one after another. SOme systems give you s time frame to complete the programming and if it takes longer than the allowed time, it defaults automatically into normal mode.
