Has anyone had this problem before. 2000 town car-crimestopper rs900 VII remote start with omega IB-F1 keyless transponder bypass. I programed the bypass correctly, sometimes when i remote start the car it starts fine, sometimes it just cranks and security light blinks. I have replaced the transponder bypass twice but still does the same thing. This car is driving me nuts.

I assume you have IB-F1 BROWN wire hooked to Yellow / Black on R / S
Double check the YELLOW / Black wire on PIN 3 of CrimeStopper.
Be sure it is programmed for  ByPASS..(Negative Output During Cranking & While Running ), & not Anti-grind
Also check Ground from IB-F1.......Be sure of good Chassis Ground
