windows on 01 gmc sierra

Ijust installed a viper 791 remote start in a 2001 gmc sierrra  with a dei 530 window module here is my problem auto start and alarm functions work fine when i arm the alarm the drivers window rolls up fine the pass window rolls up half way and stops with a little help it goes up the rest of the way i sprayed lithium grease on the pass window no changes i ran a 10 guage wire from batt  still does it   i put another 530 in pass kick panel still does it  differnt ground no changes dip switches r on highest setting  i have 12 guage ran in each doors for windows  the bat  was reading under 12 volts when the truck was sitting the batt is 5 years old put a new red top in still does it i ran the truck for about 30 mins after that pass will roll up but only about twice and then it starts the problem again any help would be great     thank you
