I am going to install a Directstart CS423 remote starter in my 95 Ram diesel with manual transmission. I was wondering if anyone had tips, tricks or a wire diagram that might help. Also, does any one know if there is a wire harness sold to make this install easier.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The installation is easy. All the wires are easily accessible on this truck and here is the wiring diagram:

Thanks Jeff,

Finally got started on the install. Got every thing working except for the door locks. Hooked the WHITE/ blue to the ORANGE / purple, and the yellow to the pink/purple but nothing happens when using the remote. Do you know if this vehicle needs relays for the locks to work?

The truck uses a 5 wire system ( type C ) and you need to use 2 SPDT relays and cut the two taregt wires in half and wire it like this:
