You do need to Disarm your Factory Alarm either with the 791 ( right way ) or with Factory Remote......

Power UnlockBLUE ( - )DRIVERS DOOR MODULE DOUBLE PULSE
These are the driver door key cylinder wires. Meter the wires while turning the key in the driver door
disarms with unlock

OEM Alarm DisarmBLUE (-)disarms with unlock
single pulse power unlock wire

ok , now i was reading in the install book it say's the light gree/black (-) is the factory disarm output and needs to be used with a relay and it has a GREEN/ whight factory alarm rearm , do need to use this one to or just the disarm .

Most OEM systems do not need to have the OEM disarm wire to be triggered via a relay. A low current (-) pulse will deactivate the OEM security. If your horn and lights do not activate when you remote start the 350, then the low current (-) from the Viper is working properly to disarm the OEM system. To me it sounds as if the CPU is possible damaged and is triggering the trunk release circuit when it's not suppose to.
Unfortunately, if this wasn't installed by a DEI installer, you will not get any warranty on it unless you know the dealer/shop that you bought it from well enough to get a new CPU to try out. In my experience, if everything works fine for a month and a problem like this arises, it's probably the CPU and not your wiring , otherwise this problem would have been evident the first time you would have remote started the vehicle.
