on my viper 791xv, if i pull off the battery, and then reconnect, the alarm does not trigger. I thought it is supposed to go off when it is reconnected because it lost power. Is there a setting that could be off?

no the alarms stay in the last state it was when power was remove.

im surprised, the ford powercode r/s alarm i had triigered when you put power back on even if it was disarmed before pulling power.

a lot of alarm companys do that i dont liek it, change out the battery and the alarm goes off, i like how the DEI ones are.
