I have the Compustar Remote Start. The horn output is
'- neg.(250ma) Do I just wire this to the -neg horn wire
at the fuse panel?

most horn wires at the steering column are negtive and are used to drive a relay....the standard 250ma output is enough the trigger the relay.

Where theres is a wire there's a way.

Yeah, it's an orange wire in woith the rest of the wires coming from the steering column; easy to get to on that car.

And no relay will be needed; it's just a direct hookup.
