I INSTALLED THE VIPER550ESP INTO MY 96 ECLIPSE GST AND NOW THE DOME LIGHT AND TYHE DOOR OPEN LIGHT ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL IS ALWAYS ON. I FOLLOWED THE WIRE DIAGRAM AND TESTED ALL THE WIRES BEFORE HAND, SO WHY IS THIS HAPPENING.

The trigger is a (-) trigger. It will rest as 12 volts and ground out when door is open. Test this wire to see if there is a short on it somewhere.
