security and starter disabled lights are on untill it sees the transponder signal. It will still start with the data interfaces but kicks on the lights.

It has nothing to do with keysense.

PKG4, PKU-GM, XK06,  I did not see anyone try these. I have done the GMBP on it. The PKU-GM is the same interface used for the new style Grand Prix that keeps throwing on the service security  message.

I use the OMEGA DB-PASS-23A or IM-06 myself

Is the ByPASS being powered during CRANK & Run?
Are you powering any other Ignition or Accessory wires on R/S?

I have had this problem with the new Grand Prix's and to solve the problem I used my own wire for the loop for the PKU-GM module to wrap around the ignition and it worked like a charm. No errors on the dash and start everytime. It seems that the wire to induce the signal code to the Passkey computer is too thick and doesn't wrap enough times around the ignition. The GMBP is a good module as well, but for the Passkey vehicle's I'd like to use the PKG modules instead of the databus modules.

That omega bypass is the GMBP. Just different name. Everything is powered like it is designed. See what it is is it doesnt get the transponder signal itself. Next one you do use that omega interface. Remote start it. Take the black part of the key and place it by the lock cylinder. Messages and lights go out.

Talked to a good friend up at trilogix,  he explained the data interfaces will work same as the PKG interfaces. But to keep them lights out you need to use PKU-GM or key in box.

What gauge wire did you use?  I am going to try a few different things when I can get the Grand Prix back in. I think it was wrapped like 4-5 times and tight.

I used 22 gauge wire ( telephone wire ) and I wrapped it around 10 times. The wire is small enough to not be seen and is also strong enough that it won't break if you wrap it tight.

Sorry.......I have NOT had issues of what you are saying of Security Light using the IM-06 or DB-PASS-23A.......'.tho I prefer the IM-06 for upgrade programming.
Maybe I have just been fortunate......
Malibu's were the turds at first, but no issues with them now either using the IM-06
