I have a 2001 Beetle in my shop for a R/S.I cannot find the wire to unlock(and disarm).At the door switch there is no Yellow/lt blue and WHITE/ green.There is a yellow and if you pulse it to gnd. It will lock.After the last vehicle(mitsubishi-diamante) and this one,I need a Belt.Russ.

Are you looking inside the door, or do you just have the switch pulled out? DEI's wiring says it's inside the door. Hope this helps.

You will find the wire at the harness heading towards the latch of the door. Doorpin, lock, and unlock will all be in that same harness.
