I resently purchased a car with a generic alarm installed with no power locks and a two button remote.

Could someone please post the basic controls of a standerd cheap two button alarm system.

Arm,disarm and starter kill..Can you see what brand and model it is??

I just bought a car alarm but the thing is that i have to installit myself! ok I maybe know 60% of the manual but if i don't find any wiring diagram for my car i will never get 100% of the work done (my car is VW PASSAT 1.8 model:1997-8 (B4 i think)).

its probabaly a cobra or laserline or something

two remote buttons are usually arm/disarm and a panic button
