u NEED the 457g adaptor fron dei for this truck to work properly, no way around it. this adaptor will take care of doorlocks, factory alarm arm an disarm, passlock 2 system, and dome light supervisio as well...........save your self a lot of troble and just buy that adaptor
Upper trim level vehicles may have a door lock switch on the right rear panel. If present use white (-) for lock and lt. blue (-) for unlock.

Thanks for the info, but I didn't have any trouble at all with the system working properly, (561T and 555L) since just adding remote start to existing factory keyless entry. Just curious to know if the there was a wire that provided a neg or postive pulse from factory keyless entry (arm/disarm) so that I could activate the remote start by pressing (pulsing) the lock button twice. I did an equinox with factory keyless about a month ago and set it up that way.

You would need to hook into the door lock motor wire in the driver's door. On that truck the driver's door module converts the data from the BCM/Keyless entry to a 12 volt + pulse and sends it to the door lock motor in that door.
