Hi,
I just had a 564T "installed" ...I type it like that because this has been a total nightmare. The shop who was listed on DEI's website as 'authorized' completely screwed this thing up, connecting wires incorrectly, running power through the neutral safety switch, breaking sensors etc. ...after having them fix that I found that they just clipped off most of the wires (door trigger, parking lights, etc..)at the harness', so I'm going to be fixing this myself (don't trust my jeep with them anymore)
The question I have is about the multiplexed inputs for the sensors. Initially they didn't hook up the included shock sensor at all, just the 508D 'radar' sensor. I had to relocate this to the center of the jeep as they had it installed next to the firewall where it was completely ineffective towards the rear of the vehicle, while doing this I figured I go ahead and hook the shock sensor up as well. So....following some instructions I found here, I connected the dual stage shock sensor to the alarm module, then connected the 508D's blue/green to the empty green 'pigtail' on the shock harness and spliced the RED / black power lines into the appropriate lines on the shock.
Is this correct? and if so, is there a way to disable or bypass the 508D's interior zone (or bypass the 508D altogether if necessary, but I'd rather keep the warn away) with it wired this way? The manual indicates that this is 'zone 4' and pressing the arm button 3 times will bypass it, that doesn't seem to be happening with my unit.
TIA for any insight into this...

It is recommended that you use different power wires for the radar sensor than the wires in the shock sensor harness. Supposedly it doesn't have enough current capability to provide power for both sensors. I have never tried it the way you have it, I'm just going off what DEI recommends.
