I INSTALLED A HORNET 564T ALARM AND USED A HODL2 DOOR LOCK INTERFACE. THAT AND THE PHK3 WORK JUST FINE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT WHEN I REMOTE START MY VEHICLE THE HORN CHIRPS. IF I SHUT THE CAR OFF AND THAN RESTART IT THE HORN CHIRP WILL NOT GO OFF. IF THE CAR SITS FOR A WHILE AND THAN I REMOTE START THAN THE HORN WILL CHIRP AGAIN. ALSO IF THE ALARM I DISARMED AND THAN REARMED THE HORN WILL NOT CHIRP WHEN I REMOTE START. I WANT TO KNOW IF THE HODL2  IS THE REASON BEHIND THE CHIRPS BECAUSE THE ALARM IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE HORN. CAN I BYPASS THIS HORN CHIRPING? THE CAR IS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD.

Which output from the Hornet is connected to the HODL2's brown ground-when-running wire?

The Hornet should have two outputs..... a blue, and a blue/black........ one is "status", one is "ignition 3".

One of those outputs comes on at the EXACT same time as the remote starter powers up the ignition.....the other one comes on a little bit earlier.

You probably need to switch from whatever wire you're using, to the other one.
